Trot Trot to Boston
I am disappointed with myself because I haven't been posting recently. I am also disappointed with the fact that this is my second non-recipe post in a row. It may seem as though I am just "phoning it in," but I am not, at least I don't mean to.
See, college is not all what I thought it would be. I feel that I am in way over my head, and I just keep sinking deeper and deeper into the quicksand that is all the work I have to do. Back in the day I had some motivation to do work, but now that is completely gone and I am having a lot of trouble both catching and keeping up. My backlog of homework has interrupted my blogging. It's not just the homework that's been bogging me down, it's college in general. I am still going home a lot because I don't have much of a social life. I am trying to stay at school more to possibly improve my social life, but I guess I am just a homebody that loves to bake and be with my dogs.
I feel I need bake all my stress out, but at the end of the day I end up exhausted and often collapse before I am able to bake something.
With midterms approaching, things are tense and I just want to bake, but I haven't had the time. I am deeply saddened to have let this happen to my beloved blog, but I want you to know that I am really trying to keep up with posting.
This past weekend I wasn't able to bake because I was traveling in Boston so I thought I would do a photo update because that is whats's going on in my life right now. I hopefully will have free time this weekend (at least as of writing this) to work on a recipe!
