She did steal one of the unglazed cakes when I wasn't looking...

Some link love for the week…

Coconut Vanilla Chia Pudding. I've made chia pudding twice, but I always seem to forget about it in the dark recesses of my refrigerator. This recipe might help me remember since it has of one my favorites, COCONUT. Haha.

Matcha Mint Iced Tea. I drink iced beverages all year round, I get too hot drinking uh…for lack of a better word hot beverages. So, looks like I need to dig out my matcha and straws, and get slurpin' away!

Marzipan Mini Cheesecakes. I haven't had cheesecake in a long time, this might have to happen soon! And they're mini which DOES make everything better!

Blueberry Lemon Mini Crepe Cake. More minis! I need to attempt crepes, I say attempt because I don't even have pancakes down…did I really just say that? Moving on…

Single Lady French Toast. I am always down for "single-serving" recipes, they keep my serving sizes in check. And this one is a breakfast recipe, awesome sauce. No really, it has an awesome sauce with it.

30 Minute Rustic Tomato Sauce. You can make this, and while it's roasting start boiling your pasta water, and your pasta and sauce will be done at right about the same time! How easy is that for a meal!

Strawberry Confetti Cake. Sprinkles and strawberries?! I'm in!

Healthy Carrot Cake Bars With Greek Yogurt Frosting. You had me at healthy and greek yogurt frosting!
